I am supporting an exciting position for a mixed-use Estate Manager. This scheme offers a good array of outdoor retail, car park & some residential within an historic city.

As the main estate lead, you will manage & deliver all scheme aspects including: –

• Full service charge & P&L Budget management & delivery
• Contract services management & compliance
• Retailer / Tenant engagement, relationship building & communication
• Driving wider opportunities & engagement with key partners across the city
• Driving sustainability opportunities for the scheme
• Exploring Marketing / PR opportunities across local radio & press channels
• Exploring income opportunities & tenant mix

As the main lead on the scheme, you will work closely with the contractor partners, management agent & owners, to drive opportunities through resourceful delivery.

This is an exciting time to join the scheme on it’s next chapter & will suit candidates who hold experience within Shopping Centre/Estate Operations / FM delivery, or are looking for their next career move.

Candidates will ideally hold H&S accreditation and/or a strong understanding of up to date legislations/compliance.
