The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Conducting accurate property valuations (Approx 15 per week)
Listing properties for sale
Producing 360 tours and video reels for new listings (Training given)
Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships
Generating new business through proactive marketing and networking
Providing expert advice on the local property market
Contributing to the agency’s growth and success
Required Skills and Experience
Proven track record in residential property sales and valuations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of the Coalville and North West Leicestershire property market
Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Proficiency in relevant property software and MS Office suite
NAEA, ARLA, RICS qualification (desirable)
