• Working alongside the Sales Negotiators you will be sales progressing all agreed sales through to a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent completion.

Job Specification:

• This role heavily involves telephone liaison and administration, as you will be dealing with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Owners.
• Chasing the progression from each party, making sure the correct documentation and contracts are in place.
• Successful candidates will have experience working within an Estate Agents.

Remuneration: Up to £25,000 basic salary plus office commission paid on monthly completions and taking the on target earnings to £30,000.
