They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of his/her applicant base, allowing him/her to not only match buyers with sellers but buyers with ‘virtual’ sellers such as those who may not necessarily be coming to the market immediately but would consider a proposal if the ‘right person came along’.

Key responsibilities: From day one you will focus wholly on the selling process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income. Having said that, the rewards structure caters for personal as well as team effort and as such, they are very keen to create the best of both worlds, team spirit alongside personal success.

Remuneration: Basic salary £18,000 plus a £2,000 car allowance with on target earnings of between £40,000 and £50,000. Working hours are 08.30 to 6.00 Monday to Thursday, 08.30 to 5.30 on Friday and 08.30 to 5.00 on Saturday with every other Saturday working (5 day working week)
