Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator

Our client, an Ely based Estate Agent, is recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to complement their successful team. Excellent career progression on offer with a highly competitive bonus/package. Ideally we are keen to receive applications from candidates with some Estate Agency experience.

Duties will include:

• Dealing with general enquiries
• Liaising with vendors
• Sales progression
• General administration duties
• Working to targets and KPI’s

Experience skills required:

• Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer care skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail
• Some experience of working in a property/estate agency environment
• Full driving license and own car
• Able to work in a busy sales environment
• Attending viewings

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday, Saturday working on a rota basis with a day off in lieu
