Gi Group Mansfield are currently recruiting for a permanent Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join a local estate agency in Mansfield due to their continued growth and success. Experience within a similar role/industry or sales is preferred but if you are confident, chatty and outgoing we would love to hear from you! You will build strong, professional relationships with sellers, buyers, Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers whilst providing a great service to ensure the smooth process of all sales. Negotiating offers, generating new business and conducting occasion viewings will all be part of your day as a Sales Negotiator. What are we looking for in a candidate Confidence is key! Proven customer service skills and sales experience is preferred Performance focused and driven to succeed An interest in the property market Full UK clean driving license Prioritising our customer needs ensuring every home move exceeds expectations! Strong planning and organisational skills Experience using computer systems Great telephone manner Benefits Brilliant commission structure Supported personal development and career progression 28 days holiday including bank holidays Extra day holiday per year of service up to 5 years. 45p per mile where suitable.Salary£21k basic salary OTE £34kIf you would like more information on the commission structure please give us a call. There is opportunity for great commission to easily be earned with your sales skills!HoursMonday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm With 1 in every 3 Saturday’s on a rota basis. 8:30am – 1pm
