Our client are a well established and busy high street estate agency who are currently on the lookout for an experienced estate agency manager.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, hardworking and hungry to sell, with strong local knowledge and previous experience as an estate agent / sales negotiator as well as experience in valuations in a busy high street office.
As the manager you will be primarily carrying out valuations, viewings, managing a range of buyers, and achieving the best possible result for your clients. You must have a full UK drivers licence. You will be chasing warm leads, ones that have been generated by website enquiries, responding to inbound calls, and speaking with new buyers who walk into the office. You will then construct viewings that match what the buyers are looking for and close offers for your client.
In return our client will offer a strong basic salary as well as personal commission.
