Estate Agent Assistant Branch Manager – Key responsibilities/skills include:

• Confident and comfortable in managing a large team

• Be able to meet set personal targets whilst encouraging and managing the team to meet the business targets

Estate Agent Assistant Branch Manager – Requirements:

• Proven residential sales experience of more than 2 years
• Track record of residential sales success
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Flexible approach to workload and able to work under pressure
• A ‘positive’ and ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude
• A visionary with medium / long range goals / ambitious
• Fun, we are looking for a professional yet engaging person to join us

Estate Agent Assistant Branch Manager – Package:

• Circa £25,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience
• £60,000 – £75,000 On Target Earnings
• Car Allowance / possible Company Car
• Monday-Saturday with a day off in the week
• 8:45am-6pm Monday-Friday, 8:45am-4pm Saturday
