The Estate Agent Role
As an Estate Agent, you will primarily support the Clinical and Property leads while taking responsibility for:

• Conducting consultations to understand accommodation needs.
• Researching property markets, Zoopla and Rightmove
• Assess potential homes for suitability, and liaising with other estate agents, consultants, and developers
• Liaise with clients over the phone and email response
• Arranging and attending property viewings to evaluate suitability for clients
• Negotiating adaptation work and reinstatements with landlords
• Handling tenancy or purchase negotiations and managing case notes and updates
• Producing detailed progress reports and market reviews

The Estate Agent
The ideal candidate will:

• Have significant experience as an Estate Agent
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Programs
• Be self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Possess excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Driving license and own vehicle

In Return?

• Competitive salary: 30,000 – 35,000
• Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (office-based)
