Your responsibilities will encompass a balanced mix of in-office and out-of-office tasks, including conducting viewings and progressing towards property valuations. You’ll engage with clients, manage instruction appointments, and contribute to maintaining positive relationships.What is the responsibility of the Estate Agent? Conduct property viewings and progress into valuations. Manage instruction appointments and property details. Handle in-office administrative tasks, calls, and appointments. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations. Foster positive customer and client relationships.What experience will the Estate Agent have? Demonstrated initiative and a proactive work ethic, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create positive client interactions. Strong time management and organizational abilities to effectively handle fast-paced appointments and work under pressure. Competence in computer skills and proficiency in using relevant software and databases. Previous experience in conducting property viewings and valuations is advantageous. A team-oriented mindset, while also being able to excel in individual tasks.
