London – branch based with local travel to meet clients at properties

£25,000 + uncapped commission!

Monday – Friday 9am-6pm and every other Saturday 10am-3pm

Must have own car and driving licence

My client, based in London, is looking for an Estate Agent to join their busy friendly team! I am looking for confident people with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, all training is done inhouse for this corporate estate agency. No previous estate agency experience is required.

• Would you like to get into a sales role and earn commission?
• Are you confident with speaking to new people and building relationships?
• Do you think you would enjoy working to targets?

Duties include:

• Outbound calling to prospective clients
• Booking property valuations into the managers diary
• Booking property viewings into you own diary
• Attending property viewings
• Negotiating offers between the buyer and seller ?
• Providing an exceptional customer experience
• Managing your time effectively to ensure activity and KPIs are met

Essential criteria:

• Driving licence and own vehicle
• Ability to get your car insured for business use
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Target driven
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Proficient in MS Office
