Our high end, market leading client is seeking a driven and intelligent Estate Agency Valuer to join their expanding sales team. In this role you will be dealing with the sale of mid to high end properties with average fees of £10K allowing great earning potential.

Estate Agency Valuer:

• Arranging and conducting valuations
• Selling Houses
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Booking viewings
• Promoting the company in a professional manner
• Working as a team player to ensure the company meets targets

Estate Agency Valuer Person Specification:

• Experience of selling houses in and around London with a reputable brand
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport instantly
• Positive Mental Attitude
• Closing ability
• Looking to further your career
• Able to maintain market share

Estate Agency Valuer Essential Criteria:
