Our clients are one of the UKs largest franchised estate agent groups with over 250 offices nationwide. They are now looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their busy Team in the Tower Bridge area of London.
They specialise in sales, lettings, and management of property and have a vast portfolio of services also includes auctions, block management, investor buy-to-let, land, and new homes, urban property, conveyancing, survey, financial services, and international property.
Dealing with Enquiries – Phone calls/Emails/ Walk Ins Liaising with Vendors, Solicitors and Potential Buyers/Renters Property details & descriptions on portals Providing Exceptional Customer Service. Supporting all team members Supporting the Sales Valuer with the day-to-day running of the office Arranging and carrying out viewings Building relationships with new clients and nurturing existing ones Ensuring clients’ expectations are managed correctly, with the aim of exceeding them Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone Overseeing the client experience to ensure they receive the highest levels of service, all the timePerson / skills profile

A Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in as a sales negotiator Full UK Driving License (Own car preferred) Dedication and Strong Motivation skills Desire to Achieve and Flourish Hardworking Polite and Well Mannered Passionate about the Property Industry Honesty and Integrity Attention to Detail High Organisational skills Strong Administration & IT Skills – Apple Mac’s/Microsoft Office/ Use of CRM Software Local Area Knowledge Strong attendance recordPackage
Basic Salary £18,000 – £20,000 depending on experience 15% Commission £50,000 On Target Earnings End of year company bonus incentive Training & Qualifications Provided Paid Company events 22 Days Annual Holidays Public Holidays 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday One Saturday a month as per rota Future progression in the company Access to a company car
