Our client are an independent firm of Estate Agents who are owned and managed by property professionals . They are now seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the friendly team on a full-time basis, to work Monday-Friday and every other Saturday with a day off in lieu.

General duties would include –

• Excellent communications and admin skills.
• Experience preparing legal tenancy agreements and dealing with rent increases and tenancy renewals. Experience dealing with the referencing process.
• Experience with marketing properties and preparing photographs and video tours would be ideal.

Due to the nature of the position, it is essential that the successful candidate would have a full driving licence and a car.
