Cobalt is partnering with one of London’s largest and most successful estate agents, who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their Head Office.

This role will be working closely with the Property Management Team chasing arrears and promoting good tenant relations on behalf of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive management of all rental income for a portfolio of tenancies
• Proactively chase outstanding debts such as rent arrears in a professional manner
• Liaising with Solicitors; Attend Possession Hearings, Evictions, Instruct Locksmiths, Attend Application to Suspend Hearings
• Chase outstanding rents from 14+ days through to resolution
• Complete and serve Section 8 Notices, Notice to Quits & Abandonment Notices

About You

• Previous Credit Control experience working within residential Real Estate
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• You will have the ability to achieve targets and strive for continual improvements of processes
• You will have strong attention to detail and have the ability to communicate effectively with the wider team
• Be able to always work in a high-volume role with the capabilities to multi-task
