Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner

A Regional Law firm based in the West Midlands are looking for a residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their growing department.

You will be responsible for managing a full caseload from instruction to legal completion, in addition to building and maintaining excellent client relationships and working effectively as part of a team.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in:

• Managing a caseload of new residential conveyancing matters including but not limited to sales, purchases of leaseholds and freeholds, re-mortgages, new builds and shared ownership
• Developing long lasting professional relationships with our clients, other solicitors, estate agents, financial advisors and businesses as part of the conveyancing process
• Supervising, developing, and mentoring our team, sharing your knowledge to help others grow and reach their full potential

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property solicitor/fee earner equivalent to have an invaluable role in the expansion and development of the firm.
