You should have a minimum of 3 years PQE and be technically on top of your game. They work with the majority of leading estate agents and mortgage lenders, and deal with sales and purchases and mortgages of properties throughout England and Wales. You will work across a mix of purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, property transfers and right to buy matters etc. Within conveyancing the firms deals with commercial, domestic and large-scale residential developments.
