Service Care Solutions are working alongside a positive Law Firm, based in Greater Manchester, which needs a Property Solicitor with strong experience in Conveyancing to join their expanding team. This is a perfect opportunity to grow your experience in the legal field and progress in your career.

ROLE: Conveyancing Solicitor

LOCATION: Wigan office/Hybrid

Salary: 38,000 – 40,000 Annual

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of property sales, purchases, and re-mortgages from instruction to completion.
• Review and draft contracts related to property transactions.
• Communicate with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process.
• Handle queries related to contracts, legal documents, and other relevant paperwork.

About you:

• 3 years PQE in Residential Property with a strong knowledge in conveyancing
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Conveyancing and Property Law.
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Property Law or conveyancing.
