As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting the legal team and ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the conveyancing department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the management of conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including corresponding with clients, solicitors, and agents.
• Conducting research, gathering necessary information, and preparing conveyancing documents such as contracts, leases, and title deeds.
• Carrying out property searches, verifying ownership, and assisting with the completion of necessary forms and documentation.
• Liaising with various stakeholders, including estate agents, mortgage advisors, and other legal professionals, to facilitate the smooth progress of transactions.
• Maintaining accurate records, monitoring deadlines, and managing administrative tasks to support the conveyancing process.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal and a strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in document preparation and transaction management.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using relevant conveyancing and legal software systems.
