We are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for a Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing team near Peterborough on a permanent basis.

key duties to include:

• Title checking, raising and reviewing enquires and reporting.
• Ordering and checking routine property searches.
• Utilising land registry portal.
• Checking mortgage offers.
• Drafting AP1’s and stamp duty returns.
• Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of one year’s previous conveyancing paralegal experience.
• A team player eager to learn and develop!
• Confident managing a conveyancing caseload.
• Strong interpersonal skills and great communication.

Salary offering 22,000 – 28,000 dependent on experience.
