Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re thrilled to partner with a prestigious law firm based in Coventry, seeking a talented Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team.

Monday to Friday working hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Salary up to £40,000.00 per annum.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters from start to finish.
• Ensuring timely and cost-effective processing of cases.
• Direct communication with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
• Developing professional relationships with clients and potential sources of work.
• Generating a fee income aligned with agreed targets.
• Efficiently managing work allocation, productivity, and quality with minimum supervision.

About the Person:

To be a successful candidate for this role, you must also have the following attributes, skills, and experience:

• Hold a relevant qualification (i.e., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience managing your own caseload.
• Recent practical experience of working in the legal profession.
• Proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning.
• Organized and process-driven.
• Commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice.
• Commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
• IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.
• Recent experience of handling client enquiries both face to face and by telephone.
