You’ll be the cornerstone in transactions involving sales, purchases, remortgages, and more, guiding clients through their journey with expertise and care.What You’ll Do: Oversee the conveyancing process from initiation to completion. Provide top-tier legal advice on residential property transactions. Craft and negotiate essential property documents and agreements. Collaborate with a network of clients, estate agents, and financial institutions. Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction and service. Who We’re Looking For: Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer. Proven experience in residential conveyancing. Exceptional communication and client-handling skills. Autonomous management of a full caseload. A commitment to excellence in legal practice.
