Job Description:

As a Conveyancer, you’ll play a vital role in the firm’s respected property law team. You’ll manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, and oversee property transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, from taking instructions to post-completion
• Drafting, reviewing, and amending property documents
• Conducting searches and due diligence on properties
• Liaising with all parties involved in transactions, including clients, other solicitors, and estate agents
• Assisting clients in resolving property-related legal issues

Requirements:

• Qualified Conveyancer with significant experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Exceptional client service skills
