Conveyancer South Shields

Salary: Starting from £37,500 + company bonus scheme
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days + 8 bank holidays
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: South Shields

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Conveyancer to join our forward-thinking conveyancing firm in South Shields. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload from instruction to completion, including Freehold and Registered Sale and Purchase Transactions. Experience with Leasehold, Transfers of Equity, and transactions involving existing mortgages is advantageous.
• Offering technical guidance to Paralegals and managing workload distribution.
• Resolving client concerns in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining clear communication with clients, estate agents, and mortgage brokers.

What We re Looking For:

• Qualified as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
• At least 3 years experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to make independent decisions within your area of responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of CLC Code of Conduct, SRA, Land Registry, and UKF regulations.
• Proficiency in using a case management system and strong IT skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong prioritization skills.
