Daniel Owen have an exciting opportunity that awaits you to become a Concierge in a vibrant development located in the London area. In this role, you’ll be entrusted with ensuring unparalleled customer experiences and services for all residents, guests, contractors, and clients.

As a Concierge, your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly welcoming residents and addressing inquiries via telephone or in-person at the reception desk.
• Providing assistance to residents, guests, and visitors as needed.
• Maintaining robust security measures for both residents and the building, including monitoring CCTV and facilitating smooth operation of parking facilities.
• Exhibiting courtesy and helpfulness to all individuals, including residents, guests, suppliers.
• Engaging with leaseholders and managing agents in a professional and personable manner.
• Conducting regular patrols of the entire premises, promptly reporting any faults or security breaches to the Building Manager.
• Ensuring accurate reporting of security and health & safety issues, incidents, and complaints, and taking appropriate action during emergencies.
• Strictly controlling the issuance of keys, recording all key movements
• Incoming deliveries at the main reception desk, securely storing parcels and registered mail, and ensuring timely and accurate distribution while notifying residents for collection.
