Braxfield Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency working within the property services and social housing sectors. Our client, a Residential Social Landlord, is looking for a Compliance Manager with an understand of gas, water, fire, lifts, electrical and asbestos legislation. This is an interim role expected to initially be for a period of 6 months.
A bit about the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for collating and managing compliance certification for a portfolio of properties, working closely with managing agents. The role will require extensive use of compliance management systems as well as the production of reports and data management. You will be supported by a small team of administrators that will be your direct reports.
