Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced RICS qualified Commercial Property Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual to step into a directorship role within our well-established company, to help drive our ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert search and acquisition advice to our retained occupier clients and offering invaluable asset management guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of Bank Valuations, Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Portfolio Valuations and General Management Queries/Issues: Oversee and lead negotiations and resolution of property-related matters for our clients.
• Business development, attract new business, attend networking events etc.
• Client Point of Contact for Property Issues and Projects: Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company for all commercial property-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
• Data Analysis and Manipulation: Utilize client database to analyse and interpret data, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Vast Experience with Commercial Properties: Extensive background in managing large portfolios of commercial properties, demonstrating proficiency in various aspects of property management
• Experience with or for a Local Authority: Prior experience working with or for a Local Authority in a property-related capacity
• RICS Accreditation: Must be RICS accredited, showcasing a high level of expertise and professionalism in the field of property surveying
• RICS Valuer
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, leveraging collective strengths to achieve shared goals
• Strong Advisory Skills: Capable of providing robust advice on property matters, with a knack for suggesting innovative improvements to existing financial models
