Job Title: Property Paralegal
Location: Cardiff, Hybrid.
Salary: circa 25,000
Hours: Full Time

THE FIRM:
Top Tier well established property specialist firm in Cardiff is looking to take on two paralegals after recent promotions within the firm. You will be surrounded by a team of highly experienced property solicitors and will be in the perfect environment to learn and develop.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative and paralegal support to the solicitor dealing with residential and Commercial conveyancing matters
Assisting with the opening, progression and closure of residential and Commercial conveyancing files
Drafting and preparing legal documents and contracts
Liaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors
Preparing Land Registry applications
Producing standard Stamp Duty Land Tax returns;
Preparing Sale and Purchase completion statements
Researching matters of law relevant to transactions
Keeping up-to-date with changes in the law

ABOUT YOU:
Experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
Experience working in Conveyancing department
Comfortable in an office setting.
Ideally someone with experience in Buy ot Legal
