We are a reputable independent property consultancy and Chartered Surveying practice, regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). With a core focus on Sales & Lettings, Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals, Commercial & Residential Property Management, Property Investment and Valuation.

The role:

The role will involve further expanding our commercial agency side of the business as well as assisting with valuations, Landlord & Tenant matters, property investment and management in respect of mainly retail, light industrial, office and residential properties.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise clients in the sale and leasing of commercial properties, providing expert advice and negotiating property transactions.
• Conduct detailed inspections, measurement and viewings in respect of a wide range of commercial properties.
• Undertake and / or assist with rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of clients in respect of retail, hospitality, office and industrial premises.
• Conduct and / or assist with property valuations to determine accurate market values in respect of retail, hospitality, office and industrial premises for a wide range of purposes.
• Assist with commercial and residential property management activities, including inspections, measurement, property maintenance, tenant relations, alterations to tenancy terms and financial management.
• Conduct and / or assist with market research and analysis to help make property investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a professional and timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and market developments to provide clients with the most accurate information and guidance.

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience in the commercial real estate sector, including sales, leasing, property management, rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations is desirable. RICS accreditation or similar certification is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong report writing skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Client-focused with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Fully computer and IT literate.
