We are currently seeking Permanent Collection Account Managers to join a busy, friendly and successful Collections Company based in Truro with great earning potential due to growth and demand from their clients.
If you are from a Customer Services, Sales, Retail, Estate Agents, Recruitment, Finance, Telesales, Complaint Handling background we would love to hear from you as you may have the transferable skills we are looking for!
You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to provide customer service over the phone ensuring professionalism at all times.
On a day to day basis you will be contacting customers that have fallen into arrears with their clients i.e. Energy Providers to collect payments over the phone and working with them to negotiate repayment plans. You must be able to remain calm, focused and professional under pressure.
Telephone experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given as this company champion employee progression
Basic training/starting pay is £11 per hour + uncapped commission and once complete it will increase to £12.50 per hour + uncapped commission.
37.5 hrs per week + 1 in 4 Saturdays
