Salary £20,000-£25,000 – OTE of £30,000 – £37,00 in year 1 and £37,000 in year 2

A fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Consultant with a competitive salary of £20,000-£25,000 – OTE of £30,000 – £37,00 in year 1 and £37,000 in year 2, to join a leading residential estate agent. The company operates from over multiple franchised offices, having doubled in size in recent years.

The ideal candidates will help to grow their client Services Department and generate business for the network through building relationships with vendors, landlords, and developers. You will proactively inform and advise prospective clients through close and regular contact, with the aim of securing their business and maximising opportunities with the company.

Requirements:

• Previously experience working in a similar role
• A desire for a career in property
• Proactively maintaining contact with clients
• Identifying new business
• Generating appointments for office Directors
• Working with office Directors to build a strategy to win busines
