As the Branch Manager/Valuer, you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of two offices in South Yorkshire. This role presents a great opportunity for career progression and leadership development within the company.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of estate agents and administrative staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide guidance, training, and support for team members to achieve their individual and collective goals.
Conduct property valuations with a keen understanding of market trends.
Ensure accurate and competitive property pricing.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of the local property market in South Yorkshire.
Oversee the sales processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and manage budgets for both offices.
Monitor financial performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
Implement cost-effective measures to enhance profitability.

Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators for the team and offices.
Implement strategies to improve KPI performance and overall efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in estate agency management, with a track record of successful team leadership.
Strong knowledge of property valuation and the local property market in South Yorkshire.
Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
