– Manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and profit margins.
– Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
– Represent the company at networking events and community activities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Proven experience in estate agency management or a similar role.
