Key Responsibilities:

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a client-focused approach at all times.
– Implement effective marketing strategies to promote property listings and attract new business.
– Manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and profit margins.
– Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
– Represent the company at networking events and community activities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Proven experience in estate agency management or a similar role.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

– A full UK driving license is essential.
