Ideally, they are seeking a driven Branch Manager to oversee their sales team and are offering a generous basic salary, commission structure and possible future partnership – So, this is a rare opportunity not to miss!

The successful Branch Manager will be offered:

• Basic salary up to £30,000
• OTE £45,000 – £50,000
• Pool Car
• Career Progression with the opportunity to partner in business!

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Saturday’s on a rota basis between 10.00am – 3.00pm

Branch Manager requirements:

• Managing Office
• Overseeing team
• Listing Properties to the market
• Driving business forward
• Team Meetings
• Setting KPI s and business strategy

As a Branch Manager, your role will include but not limited to:

• Listing properties to the market and gaining market share in area
• Managing and overseeing team
• Working effectively to ensure office growth
