Our client an award winning, multi office independent Estate Agent are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager for their office in Great Dunmow. The company are a very well known brand and they pride themselves on the exceptional level of customer service they offer.They are looking for someone with extensive property experience, who has drive and passion. You will lead and inspire the team, overseeing the Sales and Lettings side of the business, at the same time as getting the best out of every member of staff.As a Branch Manager your role will be to focus on the day to day running of the branch, ensuring all business objectives are achieved. You will aim to maximise opportunities and optimise profitability alongside the continued delivery of excellent customer service. You should be aware of changes and challenges in the market place and react accordingly.The ideal candidate will be either a strong valuer looking to take a step up into a management role or currently a branch manager looking for a new challenge. A very high standard of customer service skills are essential, as well as bringing fresh ideas to the business.You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.Salary and benefits for the role of Branch Manager include:

• Basic £30,000
• OTE £50,000
• Car Allowance £3,600
• Commission made up of Personal & Office
• 5 day working week with every other Saturday
• Parking at the office

Required skills and experience for the role of Branch Manager include:

• Previous experience in Estate Agency at valuer/ manager level.
• Valuing experience is essential
• The desire to meet, achieve and exceed targets
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work positively under pressure in a results orientated environment
• Local knowledge preferred but not essential
• The skill to set to monitor KPI’s effectively
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
