Job role: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Richmond Head Office and travel to SW and W London Branches
Hours: Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm
Salary: £24500PA
Job Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced property management assistant who is looking to progress into property management. The role involves managing a smaller portfolio of properties as well as doing deposits.
Key responsibilities
Liaising with landlords and tenants regarding maintenance issues
Carrying out compliance checks
Dealing with deposit return process
Arranging necessary maintenance works
Liaising with maintenance contractors
Carrying out property inspections
The ideal candidate will be a multitasker, have high levels of customer service, thrives working under pressure, is highly organised, motivated and articulate.
Desired experience:
Knowledge of Lettings legislation.
Minimum of one year’s Administration experience essential, as well as a clean driving license.
