What are the responsibilities of an Area Valuation Manager?

You will have a dedicated territory defined by a set of postcodes, within which you can build and grow your business whilst we invest heavily in marketing, technology, support and infrastructure to deliver an exceptional customer experience and make your life so much easier.

• To help support our Buyers and Vendors, ensuring they receive the best possible service from Springbok, the next-generation Estate Agent.
• Providing an honest valuation of the property that meets the needs and expectations of the customer. Your earning potential is uncapped across all the products and services we offer.

What do we look for in an Area Valuation Manager?

• Sound knowledge of the local property market

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• Competent & Capable
• UK driving license and your own vehicle
• Minimum 3 Years Estate Agency and Valuation experience

Salary – Sheffield OTE – £70k – £90k APPLY NOW!

We would consider candidates with experience as a lettings negotiator, lettings manager, sales negotiator, estate agent, senior sales negotiator, branch manager, marketing advisor, property valuer, surveyor, property consultant, property sales executive, business transfer agent, commercial estate agent, lister, property auction sales or any property related field.
