Whoobid Property Auctioneers are a fast growing national Property Auctioneer who partner with independent estate agencies across the UK to provide them with the ability to offer auctions as part of their services. Property auctions bring much needed benefits to sellers, buyers and estate agencies alike and are becoming evermore to the forefront of the property market.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an Account Manager with a property background to help us ensure that our estate agency clients are getting the very best service and using our auction system sucessfully to get the full benefits of the services we offer. You will need to deliver outstanding customer service to all of our clients, along with professional advice and training whilst having a keen attention to detail. Your day-to-day tasks will be liaising with our partners, vendors and handling listing leads that come through ensuring a smooth customer journey for all involved. You will be part of a friendly team based from our Head Office in Bournemouth and you will be an integral part of the sales and business development journey. Your core responsibilities will include customer on-boarding and training, and working with existing estate agencies to encourage listings and ensure continued success.
You will be quick to learn and develop your skills, with an ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues whilst maintaining a calm and professional manner. You will need to be flexible and adaptable, with an ability to get stuck in to assist with other areas of the business, where required.
Onboarding estate agents and other organisations
Combination of office work and on-the-road visiting partners so full UK licence is essential
Delivering training sessions to partners
Managing and liaising with partner accounts to encourage use and success, encouraging a proactive selling culture
Focus on delivering listings from a combination of sources
Responding to all queries from agents, buyers and sellers alike
Liaising with our sellers to update them on progress and strategies moving forward
Driving customer and user interaction by building relationships and implementing processes
Must be able to work under pressure and to deadlines
Must be proactive and demonstrate initiative and creativity within role and pay attention to detail
PACKAGE – Negotiable depending on experience
Competitive Basic Salary + Commission + Car Allowance (OTE £30,000-£40,000)
