2nd Line Support – Security – Hybrid
We have an exciting opportunity for multiple 2nd Line Support Analysts who have experience with security tools and have a desire to progress their career in this area.
With a strong background in workstations or Servers, you will join our global client to help support their EMEA operations. As part of their plan to bolster their security operations, new headcount has been approved in a few areas. The 2nd Line Support Analyst will take responsibility for all elements maintaining minimum security application and patch levels on 5000+ workstations or their server estate across the EMEA region. Working remotely, with locally based colleagues where necessary, the role holder will be required to focus on creating and applying process to update systems that have missed existing automated process, either manually or through automation.
