Part Time Lettings Administrator – Overview:

• Part Time
• Monday / Wednesday / Friday 9am – 2pm ideally but can be flexible
• Location we can be flexible on but not from home (Maidstone, Rainham, Barnehurst, Gravesend)
• £9,000 per year Basic Salary
• Completing move ins, some accounts work, chasing Right to Rent Documents, general administration, etc

Our clients, a successful and flourishing independent Estate Agency, are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join the team and help support the Managing Director in coordinating an exceptionally busy Lettings operation.

Experience in the property industry is an advantage and preferred. If you are an experienced and organised Administrator, with a keen eye for detail, then do not delay and apply today!

Part Time Lettings Administrator – Scope of Role:

• Supporting all aspects of the lettings process including tenancy agreements, inventories and referencing.
• Uploading property details onto various portals.
• Liaising with tenants and landlords.
• Dealing with enquiries either on the phone or via email.
• Assisting the Managing Director with any other ad-hoc duties.

Part Time Lettings Administrator – The Role:

• Successful candidates will need to be very well organised and believe strongly in delivering a very high level of customer service on a consistent basis.
• You will have impeccable attention to detail and be able to keep up to date with all evolving compliance matters.
• You must also enjoy dealing with a variety of people, as the role will likely include liaising with new clients and handling internet and telephone inquiries, as well as assisting the Lettings teams with applicant registration and supporting paperwork.
• Therefore excellent communication skills both electronically and verbally are essential.
• The successful candidate will be liaising with an appointed provider of referencing, Inventory Clerks, Letting Negotiators and other third parties, and dealing with all associated Lettings paperwork throughout each application.
